LIquids
That's the part I am totally dreading. I'll be anxious to see what kind of answers you get. Maybe it would help to spend some time on here looking at before/after pictures... and know that your "after" is that much closer!! Good luck!!!
p.s., what liquids are you using? Is there a set amount of volume/calories you're supposed to have each day?

Hang in there it gets better. My experience the first 3 days are the hardest, the 4 day I was really tired and by day 5 food didn't matter. Days 6-11 hard to get in liquid just didn't want them. But the last few day got hungry .( I was able to have broth , SF Popsicle, sf jello,3-4 protein drinks, 1 yogurt a day and, milk, SF crystal light and decaf coffee. Suggestion would be to stay busy that's what helped me get to surgery day. Just hang in there we all go through it .
I was lucky to only have 3 days of liquids pre-op, but I have much sympathy for you. I do remember my appetite coming back post op and I was huuungry.
Protein based drinks would maybe give you a more satisfied feeling. I know pre-op when I tried dieting a Slim-fast shake would give me a full feeling more-so than other stuff. The low carb kind has a decent protein count. It's not the highest quality protein for post-op nutrition, but should be ok pre-op because you aren't malabsorbing yet.
I would call the nutritionist and ask for some suggestions Also ask what they consider a liquid? Full liquids according to my nutritionist was anything I could suck through a straw. So, you know me, the confessed foodie got really creative with it.
6 months from you won't even remember these 2 weeks. I promise! It is so worth all the suffering. Pray and meditate over it. Seriously. If you can get into that peaceful zen zone mentally, you will cope better. You mind is stronger than your body. When you feel like you can't take it another minute visualize yourself slim and healthy walking along the beach holding hands with someone you love. Feel the warm wind on your face and the sun on your slim, defined shoulders. Visualize yourself in the OR with the surgical team around you. Your body is healthy and cleansed, and you are in the best shape possible for your surgery. Visualize yourself in the dressing room of your favorite "skinny" store. You are buying a hot outfit in your goal size and it's on sale.
