Today, I am celebrating my 1 year post-op from RNY. I have lost 88 pounds! I have regained my health, my mind and my love of life! God gave me a second chance and I am not gonna let him or me down! This journey has been the hardest for me but I have gained so much from it! Life is good! I would like to thank ALL my friends here at OH, you are all super, supportive, loving people! Thank you! I look forward to 2010 and losing the rest of my weight to reach my goal! :) P.S. Go to my profile and look at my photo!

Hey Amy, me too~Same rebirthday~I am so proud of you~I have lost 102 lbs and have gained my health and so much more!! God has also given me that second chance! I was on U500 insulin that is 5 time stronger than normal. I had been on Insulin for 12 years and my sugars were still way too high! I have not had a shot since my surgery! This has been just awesome and I must remind myself whenever I get bogged down with those pre-op ways of thinking! Thank you for all you are doing with leadership and support! You go girl!
If we don’t put our efforts into creating what we want, then we have to put our efforts into coping with what we get!

HW: 277/ CW: 170/ GW: 157 Exercise goal: 4x a week.
