It gets better everyday. but today got half of my protein. I really just don't feel like drinking today...but I make myself drink. Thank you for the hug Jennie

Starting size:  18W-20;  Present size: 0 or 2; 5'5-1/2" tall. 
Current BMI 20.4 as of 2/13/2013 (normal for the first time in my life).
Goal weight reached on 8/12/2010; As of 1/13/2013, 21 pounds below goal

OMG! you wrote a mouth full. I'm so glad to be out of the hospital. I have been sipping and walking. Today I was my first time back on the treadmill( only a few minutes)...that was wonderful!

This is good, Just remember that you really need to make sure that you get your water in. The best way to do this is sip, sip,sip all day long. Then if you are able to drink your protein as well.
