1/2 cup skim milk, 3 heaping tablespoons of Genisoy protein powder (25 gm protein),1/2 cup coffee, tablespoon vanilla Torani syrup. Stir until blended. I use the submersable blender. Then I put it in the microwave to get it hot again. Sip, sip, sip with a spoon to keep my sips small.
I was just sitting here thinking how I was going to do this when I go back to work after Thanksgiving. I won't have 2 hours to sip breakfast! I guess I will have to take it in a to go cup and just keep sipping!

Where do you get Genisory Protein Powder and vanilla Torani syrup?  I am sending my mom out to get them ASAP.

I am lactose intolerant now so I cant put the milk in it. I mix up my powder in a glass separate from my coffee to get it to dissolve well then add it to my coffee. Works well! I love it.

Is the coffee decaf?  Or does Dr. Macik let us drink regular coffee post-op?  I hope so because I drink coffee everyday.
