I am in the process of gathering all my letters to submit for approval. When I spoke to Tiffany on Friday afternoon, she said that Dr. Macik was scheduling into the last week of December, so most likely I'm looking at a January surgery date. The December 10th date may just be a possible cancellation or reschedule.
