Hi,
I know I have to drink 3 to 4 shakes a day on my liquid diet. So I started researching and have become overwhelmed on my choices. I know it has to be low carbs-high protein but what is a good one not just in meeting the requirements but in taste too? 3 to 4 for at least 2 weeks equals 42  to 56 shakes, they have to be some what tasty or I might run away. LOL

Please, please help!! What did or are you using?

I had to do the liquid pre-op for two weeks.  I used the Bariatric Advantage Chocolate and Vanilla mixed with mil**** and blended in a Magic Bullet.  It was like milk shakes.  I tried them with water at first and they were awful.  I liked changing between vanilla and chocolate.
Good Luck

My Doctors office required that I used the Unjury for the first few weeks after surgery. I love the chocolate and could tolerate the vanilla.  I also ordered sample packs and worked my way through those. The ones I liked the best were the lean desserts. They are soooo good. I know a lot of people rave about Clike, but I personally can not stand the taste. I also like some of the syntrax line of protein drinks.

I got most of my samples from baratric eating.com

Warning --- your taste will change after surgery. What you like before surgery you may not like after. I loved muscle milk light before surgery and now I can not stand the taste.

Hope this helps

Heather

Jillian Michael has a great tasting protein shake. She's the fitness guru from The Biggest Loser!
Tis better to be dis-liked than to be loved by them cuz your always on their mind.

There are only a couple that I can tolerate over and over, that is #1. Premier Nutrition. They only come in chocolate, and you can only purchase them from Costco. They are $24.00 for 18 of them. Which is pretty good. They taste kinda like a Yoohoo..    #2. Pure Protein, Either the strawberry or cookies and creme flavor. You can buy these at the Vitamin Shoppe.

Good Luck
