Anyone with Kaiser GA experience?

Do you know what they cover?  I am approved for Lap Band with BCBS and scheduled for 11/6.  But we are basically being forced form BCBS to Kaiser by DH's employer.  The cost for BCBS is $381/mo nad Kaiser is $57/mo. 

I talked to the Dr office and they are not in network with Kaiser and my fills would not be covered.

But, I have heard that Kaiser may cover the sleeve which was my top choice of WLS. 

I don't know if I should cancel the band in case Kaiser will do the sleeve, but I don't want to start this process all over again.

Any advice?
 

I called Kaiser and the plan that DH's employer has exculdes all WLS.  ARRRGGHH!!! So I guess I will get it done by BCBS and pay for fills out of pocket next year.

Girl I dont know anything about Kaiser but jump on it at least you can probably get one fill out of it before it switches over.  Another thing you might want to consider is the tax saver account where you can use to go toward doctor bills.  You might want to check into that but girl you better get it while you can.
