                        10 Ways to Add Activity Everyday

1.Vaccum your home twice each week!

2.Perform stomach crunches during commercials

3.Rake the leaves them jump in them!

4.Walk around the store and then shop!

5.Use the farthest restroom from where you are!

6.Play kickball.

7.Hoola Hoop!

8.Use your work break to go out for fresh air instead of a snack.

9.Walk the length of the mall twice

10. Give your car a "Day Off" each week and walk/ride a bike!

It is some great ideas, but I guess number 5 would be depending on how bad you've got to go! LOL.
