I am switching to Cigna HRA during open enrollment and just met with my doctor on Friday.  She told me to join Weigh****chers and to come and get weighed in with her every month.  Is this enough for my supervised diet?  I am planning to start my support group meetings.  Is there anything else that I can do now to help speed up the process so when my 6 months are up for the diet, I can go through the process quickly?  I have blood work done for my thyroid and cholestrol every few months.  Do I need to meet with a nutritionist?

Unless you're really wanting to go to Weigh****chers I think it's a waste of money and time.

Cigna doesn't require you to join any diet plan.  My doctor printed a 1800 calorie diet offline for me and I basically just went and weighed in every month.
