Hello guys.  I wanted to ask some of the old timers about pain in the lower back/tail bone area.   Now that alot of my padding has gone my tail bone aches alot.   Is this something that you experienced?   I am currently sitting on a pillow.. LOL  I guess all in all its a good problem to have but was just wondering how many others have experienced this and what you did to help.  Any advice would be welcome..
Hugs.

OMG!!! I thought I was the only one. My tailbone hurts so bad I can't even sit thru a movie, sit in a hard chair or even sit over 15 min and I have to get up. I can't hardly stand it. I was gonna ask my surgeon when I go see him in Oct. because something has to be done.

Ginger at this point in your journey, 'the ants in your pants' syndrome is very noticeable...it will subside...but if it is still a problem in six months to a year, you can get it fixed, particularly if you have a lower body lift reconstructive surgery.  I have seen this done on 'Big Medicine' where they actually do remove the tailbone because it did become so prominent on one lady.

Remove... OUCH.   I'm not excited about that one.  Its worse in the am when I get up from sleep.  If I lay on my side its all over but that is how IVE slept for ever.  I've been trying to sleep on my back well start out that way but I wake up in the middle of the night in pain.   I wouldn't say it is horrible but just to the point of a nagging pain.  I was just wondering if this was a normal thing.  I guess I will just wait it out and see if it gets any worse.  I have Dr appt on Monday for my year appt and will discuss it with him as well.

Thanks all.
