WOW!!! 2MTHS 50LBS GONE ALMOST TO ONEDERLAND

OK SO MY SURGERY WAS JULY 13 09 I STARTED OUT AT 255LBS IT HAS BEEN 2MTHS SINCE SURGERY AND I AM DOWN TO 202LBS ONLY 2LBS AWAY FROM ONEDERLAND. I JUST WANT TO ENCOURAGE THOSE THAT ARE THINKING ABOUT HAVING IT DONE AND THOSE THAT HAVE HAD IT DONE AND NEED A LITTLE ENCOURAGEMENT THROUGH STALLS. DON'T GIVE UP I HAVE A STALL ONCE A MONTH AND IT LAST ABOUT 2WEEKS AND THEN THE OTHER 2WKS IT'S ON THE SCALE JUST MOVES DOWN DOWN DOWN. ONCE I HIT ANOTHER STALL IT GOES UP ABOUT 2LBS AND TITTER TOTTERS WITHIN 2LBS BUT IT ALWAYS MOVES AGAIN SO DON'T GIVE UP.

thanks for the words of wisdom. I had my surgery the same day and when I came home, I weighed in at 253 but am only at about 212 now. I'm at the sort of stall point now and have seen the couple of pounds gain before dropping again. Somewhat discouraging, but try to not let it bother me. I'm so excited about getting under 200 also, haven't seen that number in a long time.
