Hey guys!!! I'm finally on OH!!!

I finally opened an account!! I'm not really sure how to maneuver it!! But boy am I happy to be here. I had RNY on June 26, 2009, and this has been the best decision I have EVER made!!!  I was 332 lbs, I am not now! I went window shopping today, and was surprised to see, I can no longer fit, "Plus sized" clothing...what a blessing!! Well I won't say to much, until I am approved to post, and get a few hits back!! I am so happy to be here!
Weight loss surgery is a blessing we have received....let's never take it fo granted!!

Welcome to the family. I had my surgery DS a month after you. I'm glad to hear you're dopng well, since the last few weeks have ben a struggle for me. I am praying I see the light at the end of the tunnel soon.

How long did it take you to feel "normal" again?

Thanks for the warm welcome!! I'm sorry the last few weeks have been rough! I honestlt felt pretty normal at about 2 weeks post op. I haven't had any complications, and only dumped 2 or 3 times in the last yr! Once on purpose...long story. Anyway so what's been causing problems? Is it a struggle with weight or eating?

Congratulations and being on this site is a blessing the people on here is so wonderful and they realy help you out.  They answer all of your questions or concerns they are the best.  I dont think I could be going through all of this without the help from this site so welcome and enjoy.

Hi and welcome.  Congratulations on your surgery and glad everything is going good for you.
I had RNY 8/3/09 and feel like it was the best thing I have done in a long time and I feel great.
