NEWLY POST OPS!
I want all of you to be kind to yourselfs, you have all gone through a MAJOR CHANGE, and it is going to take some time for you to heal. At this point you really need to be following your DOCTORS protical. It is not going to be a over night fix, but in time this is a WONDERFUL JOURNEY.
