Sclerotherapy..

Ok some of you might remember me from a few months ago i was going to get my band filled for the first time in a year ....Well i had to get the band removed .....that is ok i really did not want it anymore anyways .....So a few days ago since i had the RNY 5 years ago i had the sclerotherapy done ...and i was wondering if anyone else has had this done and what they thought about it ??? I am on day three and i HATE CLEAR LIQUIDS LOL ...i know i have to stick with them but i can do full liquids so much better LOL .......ughhhhh but i was just wondering what others thought of this and what kind of luck they had ....

Why did you get a lap band 2 years after an RNY?????

I got a lap band cause i had no restriction ...and at the time that was the only thing to fix it .....But now they do this Sclerotherapy were they go in and tighten up your stoma and you have restriction again ...Just glad i got the band off ...I liked it and it worked but it was not for me. 

Are you referring to a "ROSE" procedure?

no clue what a Rose is .....They went in and created scar tissue around my stoma that was streached out ...is a Rose the same thing?

can I ask, who did your scierotherapy?  I had rny with Hobson/Duncan.

Dr Duncan did mine .....How are you doing with yours? can you tell a difference? how strict were you with the post diet?

Hopson did my RNY and wants to do a sclerotherapy nowl.  Sorry if I mislead you.

I followed the post diet pretty good after my RNY.  I am concerned about the liquid diet before and after the sclerotherapy.

Have you had the sclerotherapy?
