1st Appointment with surgeon

I am excited because my first appointment with Dr. Johnson is this week.  I will also meet with the dietician and go to the hopital for the required pre-surgery lab work.

I am from Macon as well.  Dr. Johnson did my surgery Jun 1st.  You won't be sorry.  He is the best!!!

I am happy to meet someone else from Macon!  Do you know if there is a local support group? 

Unfortunately, I don't know of a local support group.  Emory Johns Creek  has one on the 3rd Saturday of each month.  I have intended to go to that meeting but so far I haven't made it...

Good luck to you!  Are you already scheduled for surgery on the 23rd?  Also, do you know if there is a support group in Macon?
