At a stand still!

Any suggestions when your body comes to a stand still? I have not lost a pound in a couple of days.

That's normal. Try not to weigh but once a week, so you don't stress yourself out.  You'll start back losing in a few days.  Your body is just trying to play catch up.

Stalls are normal but actually after only a couple of days its not considered a stall!   Like Lashelle pointed out your body is just catching up. Check once a week and don't stress yourself out about it ... Trust me it will come off!!   I stalled for nearly 2 months and it was driving me crazy but then it started up again and Im back on the loosing end!  Best of luck!

Giiiiirrrrrlllll, if you don't stay away from that Scale ... I am gonna come through this Computer Monitor and put you in a Headlock that you will NEVER forget!  LOL !!!!!  Honey, you have got to stop weighing in daily and every other day ... you will drive yourself ABSOLUTELY NUTS.  At the MOST, you should weigh in Once A Week ... That's It.  Be Patient My Friend.  This is NOT a Race.  This is for the duration of your Lifetime.  Relax and enjoy the Many WOW Moments to come.  Ciao!

I ditto that above remark .... HIDE THOSE SCALES! I don't even own a set of scales ..... weighing brings me DOWN DOWN DOWN!  I have only been weighing in at surgeon's office .... and now since I won't be going every month ... I will probably go by once a month just to weigh in ... I think its important to weigh on the same scales.

I WAS AT A  STAND STILL FOR 2WEEKS BUT THE SCALE STARTED MOVING AGAIN SO JUST KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK AND MAKE SURE YOU'RE GETTING AS MUCH PROTEIN AS YOU CAN GET IN

Ditto everyone.  In the beginning I weighed 2 x a week then 1 x a week.  It worked well for me.  If you have do it, start right now.  You need to give yourself some time.  It will happen - trust me - I am living proof.  Do what you doc says and it will come off.  Your body is still probably in truma.  Hang in there and keep on the board.
