HELP!!!!! I am THREE years out of surgery and have started losing my hair again and I am not sure why. Has anyone else had this issue? What am I doing wrong?
If you are not eating properly, and getting your preotein in, your body will take it from your hair, hair is protein, and the body doesn't need hair. Up your protein. If that is not it, i am not sure.
