OH Conference in Atlanta....what do you think about this?

Hello,

Deborah T. and I talked to Kim from OH about the conference in Atlanta. At the New York Conference they are doing a Halloween costume party one night. We were thinking it would be fun to dress in costume for the Friday night Meet and Greet (our conference is the weekend after Halloween).

What do you guys think? Would you dress up?

Please give us some feed back on this OK.

Heck yea! If Im available I would do it. Halloween is my favorite holiday! My husband and I was married on Halloween.. and No I was not a bride.. I was an angel of course!! LOL My husband came as his self .... "The devil! LOL It was great fun!

I really love Halloween and dressing up. I always have enjoyed dressing up even when I was 400 lbs and it is so much more fun now.

We just thought it would be fun!

I'm all for anything to get people to have fun and smile. I have to be honest and let you know in advance I wouldn't dress up myself. For those interested, I say go for it.

On the NY board they said, if someone didn't want to they didn't have to... I have seen pictures from previous events where they did dress up and it really looked like fun!

Kim told us just to put it out there and see what everyone thought about it.

Physically I am fine. I didn't get all my water and protein in the past couple of days and I paid for it last night. I felt horrible!!! Lesson learned!

Emotionally I still feel gloomy and sad. I plan to do some shopping this afternoon. Hopefully it will lift my spirits.

Yes, it is important to get everything in. Emotionally that is normal and sometimes it does take time...by the time you are eating a more balanced diet with more choices that will help too.
