vitamins

HI,
I was wondering if I could get some information about vitamins.  On the website for Dr. Duncan's office, it says to get chewable vitamins.  Could I find out what brands?  Walmart brand is cool with me, I just want to know what to look for.  It also says to get chewable multivitamins too.  I know they make them, but I've never really had to look for them before.

What brand does your doc suggest?  Just "chewable"?

Sassy's doc here told her Flintstones and mine in Dallas told me Centrums.  Can't speak to the Flintstones but I wish the Centrums came in some flavor other than "orange".

I use the chewable Centrum Jr's (or Kids, whatever they are called).  I've been using them for YEARS...long before WLS.  Now I take 2.

I use Flintstones Complete. 

I get Centrum chewables from Walmart. They are orange flavored and taste fine. I nibble them into small pieces to get them down.
