shbp members you aint gonna believe this sh*t

I have UHC and they did the exact same thing.  They denied it when it came through, but paid for everything else..preop tests, visits the hospital.  The doctor's office even had the approval and authorization number.  I am letting the doctor figure it out.  If they really want to get paid, they will figure it out.  The only thing denied was the surgeon's fee.
