the reason being that i chose the fobi is because i thought that would be the best for me. it is the same as the rny but i just have that extra security thering that they put round the pouch to prevent stomach strecthing and overeating. i hope i gave u a little insite on it .if not go the surgical forum and you can get better understanding.
I will study up on it. You don't hear of many people having it, probably because of insurance.
