Stuck. No Weight loss in 2Months HELP!!

Lap Band on 01/12/09
I have a dr appt tomorrow and I know I have not lost any since May weigh in. Please some one help I cant stay on liquids to loss weight forever. Works outs dont seem to be helping much either.
