Are there any 3 month multi-disciplinary programs?

He wasn't covered my Cigna and my plan has an excluson for out of network wls.  Dr. Smith is more skilled and more experienced than the surgeon than I used. Dr. Smith has done a lot of DS surgeries. He even trains other DS surgeons. 

 While I have no regrets with Dr. Houston, I definitely would have preferred to have someone 40 minutes rather than 4 hours away!

I would have worked through whatever issues with his staff to get a better surgeon, but I didn't have a choice.

Like you, for me Maynard wasn't even worth considering...

Dr William Johnson is going to do my surgery and I am working on the 3 month program now. His office hooked me up with a dietitian, and exercise therapist and I am seeing my PCP to handle the doctor part of it.

Hi, I was thinking about Dr. Maynard, he's the only doctor in Atlanta thats in my network.  I have BCBS.  But I heard of you guys speaking about other doctors.  Is there someone else that does DS as well?
