1st of all she's not FAT. She's an average sized black woman. She looks healthy to me. I know plenty of overweight doctors, and they seem to do just fine with their practices. I just hope she doesn't get a complex from the critisizm.

I have to say that I am mad about this too.
The sad thing is that this particular newsmedia keep lying to the people. This particular newsmedia channel and talk show people keep brainwashing people just because they can not comprehand that a Black woman can be The Surgen General Of the United States or a Black men is living in the White House. The only thing that they can do is lie and make up bogus accustatioins just because they do not have the Balls to say " We Do not want a Black men in the power". Remember "They want their Country Back" whatever that means.
Mother and I were talking about this subject today and we came to the conclution that the cohntry is angree.
We have no respect of ourselves or others.
The story of her being overweight is bogus.
The true and simple truth is the person nominated to become our Surgen General is BLACK! Not because she is a good acomplish medical professional not that she did more to the town she worked in, no of other accomplishments NO!
Its just that simple.Dr. Regina M. Benjamin is BLACK!!!!!
Just because our Pres. is Black is a problem.
Just because the Democratic Party won is a problem.
Let just start respecting ourself and then respect others.
Lets please get educated, start reading and not trust any ANY news media to tell us what, how, where, and when to think.
Please lets start thinking for ourselfs and give merit to this lady that is a Medical Profesional who has been nominated to be our Surgen General the same with Judge Sotomayor. Two woman that did not have it easy and have made something of themselfs.
I have written this with all the respect I could mustard knowing I steped on some big toes.
Lets think and learn and teach our children TOLERANCE!
I hope Pres. Obama , Dr. Benjamin and Judge Sotomayor do great things for our contry.
