Anyone heard from Teachermom? Did she go home? How is she doing?

i am here. I have not been online in days, though. I am still so weak, it is easier to just lay around than sit up at the computer. I am walking every hour, though! I did manage to get my grits "stuck" this morning - quite unpleasant. My DH is coming to take me home tomorrow since I am getting better and able to do more on my own. My Daddy has been an amazing nurse. He has me on a strict eating, drinking and walking schedule. I hope I do as well as he has trained me when I go home! The most painful thing right now is my stitches from the g-tube, and food is not really bothering me (except those darn grits and when my parents ate fresh from the garden peas and cornbread last night -AAAGGG - they finally went out to the back porch to eat! Smelled sooooo good.) I will post more later on when I get home and have my laptop and wireless connection.
