Thanks Ginger. I am going to give them a try. What is the hoisen sauce? Ground beef has become one of the best meats for me. It is hard not to get bored with our band foods.

Hoisen sauce is found in teh asian section of the grocery store.  If you have an asian market it is easier to find and also less expensive.  I found it at Publix and Harry's (whole foods) here in Roswell.  But when I lived in Buckhead there was a great asian grocery store on Bufford Highway.  I think it was call Hong Kong Market. 

Hoisen sause is kind of an asian BBQ sauce.  It does have some sugar just like BBQ sauce.  It doesn't make me dump, but becareful.  You should be ok if you don't dump with BBQ sauce or Ketsup.
