Getting my Liquids in is the hardest part of all!!
I had a hard time at first .... because water filled me up so much. I have found that if I take very small sips ... that it doesn't fill me up as much. I am a constant drinker when I am not eating. I have become very thirsty ... so I can't wait until I can start drinking again after I have to wait my 30 mins after mealtime. Have you tried crystal light in your water? Or another flavoring???
