Had my Endoscopy done they found something
They found out that I have a stomach infection and I had polopys on my stomach and they had to do a biospy Plus I am on strong antibiotics. They may have to do one of three things
1. delay surgery
2. have a lap band instead of the RNY
3. add a tube where they can do the checks every 6 months.
I dont want a delay, I dont want the lap band.
I will take option #3, but what ever they do I have to get rid of the infection.
Please pray for me!!

Who know what could have happen a few years down the road if they hadnt

I'm sorry to hear that you have ran into a bump in the road. But I'm glad that they were able to sind the problem first insted of later. I know that you will be fine and you will have the type of surgery that you are wanting. I'm going to be saying a prayer for you and the healing powers be over you.

I want an endoscopy, but Dr. H won't order one. He say's it's a waste of money! Hmmm, getting on the phone w/ my pcp to see if I can get her to order one.
I have been having a weird thoughts that Dr. H will cut me open and find cancer or something. So, now not only am I having the food dreams, but nightmarish surgery dreams.
As far as yourself, I hope all goes well. The good thing is they didn't say NO. You have at least 2 options the RNY with tubes inserted or the lap band.
At least they didn't say you aren't fit for any type of surgery.
Is this God's way of steering you toward the band? What do you feel in your heart? Pray about this really hard, and he will show you the right decision.
Even if they delay it after next week, I am glad they found this and they are treating you. That doctor could have very well saved your life and saved you from a lot of pain and complications with that test!

I don't know how to answer you Endoscopy situation, Tell him that you insist on having one.
I understand the dreams I just don't know what they mean in the real world.
At first I wanted the band until I went to the seminar and realized that I need the restrictions of the RNY especially with my diabetes. I am praying and I have several people praying for me.
I am really glad that they did the endoscopy because who know what would have happend if they had not, who know how long I have had this. You are right I do believe that they have saved me from a lot of pain in the future.
