I have had no dumping with this! I bought a 4 pack at Walmart for $4.98! The vanilla is also great!

Yes the strawberry is great and the mocha if your a coffee drinker Ive been on these since my surgury it also helps with the vitamins you need daily and frenge bennifit help lose more weight......they also have snacks made by slim fast they too are excellent and no dumping occurs almost like cheating
