Food Seasoning

Hello my OH Family. I have started my two week diet today. This is the diet before surgery. What type of seasoning would you all suggest for Chicken Breast and Turkey Breast?

My favorites:

Mrs Dash table blend
Bell's Seasoning (little yellow box with the turkey)
red wine or sherry vinigar, just a little for a marinade
onion powder
garlic owder
Zatarains Creole seasoning salt
ground thyme
paprika or browning sauce (for color, I don't like pale food)
Walden Farms calorie free bbq sauce
Kikkoman Aisan sauces, garlic teriyaki and stir fry
olive oil, just a touch for flavor --extra virgin, first press

 definitely Mrs. Dash! Yum! there's a Garlic and Herb blend, and also a Spicy blend.  Good luck with your 2 week pre-op, I am on day 3!
       I count protein, fluid ounces, and my blessings everyday.

My favorite is lemon pepper with a squeeze of lemon baked or george forman.  Yummy
