Still Waiting

Hello I'm Wendy and I'm Waiting for a approval code for my long over due surgeory. I went to the siminar back in November of 2008 sent my clearances in my packet all at one time like intructed to do and it was still misplaced, now it the office told me they added more clearances because I have peachstate insurance. I'm ready to have my surgeory so I can breath again but I keep gettin the run-a-round, is there any one that have information on peachstate qualification and clearances please help.
