           Independence Day !!!

This day has taken on different meaning for all of us. For some, it's a day off work, a day to gather with family and Friends, a day to get great sales prices at the mall... To others it is a day of reverence to remember family and friends who are serving in the military, or those who have given their lives for out great Nation.

This year Independence day has taken on new meaning for me. I am celebrating my independence from FAT! A year from now I will have the FREEDOM to move without restriction, I will be FREE of all the medications I take, FREE of my C-pap, and FREE of the shame and embarrassment of being obese.
