Do you know what they consider to be medical necessity? For Cigna, my PCP had to state it was medically necessary and we documented all my health issues, like diabetes and high blood pressure.

Don't give up! Find out what they require and provide it!

dr hixson is going to call insurance tomorrow to see what they r needed thanks for your kindness i prayed that you that your surgery go well and speedy recovery!!!!!!!!!!!!
