Where to get Nutrition Evaluation in Middle Georgia

Anyone know where to get a nutrition evaluation in the middle ga area. Preferrably Macon, Milldgeville, or Eatonton. My last step so I can send in my paper work. Please Help

The Medical Center in Macon has a nutrionist that can full fill that requirement.  Just look in the phone book under the medcal center and within their listing is Nutrition or Nutrional Education or something like that.  It was a lady when i went and she just had a set fee that you paid her at the consultation.
