ARE WE MAKING OURSELVES ACCOUNTABLE?
Hello Friends,
I just wanted to say HELLO
, and see if those that are post op are keeping up with Doctors protocol and staying on track. I know that it can be hard at times but we wanted a GREAT CHANGE and we now have it. So here are some things to THINK ABOUT!
Are we drinking the daily amount of Water?
Are we taking all the required vitamins that is required of your Doctor?
Are we getting in all of our daily proteins?
These are some things that we have to think about at all times even when we get 2 and 3 or more years post op.
I'm still today having some problems because my head really has started playing HEAD GAMES. Doctors can fix our tummy but NOT THE HEAD.
