BTW I saw you posted you are done w/ pre-op and ready to submit to insurance. Congrats. I see you're shooting for Septemper. A word of caution, I finished everyting in April and Dr. V's office STILL HAS NOT GIVEN ME A DATE!!!! September may be possible, but don't put your life on hold. Helen told me they are already booking into mid august and they have over 30 in que to be scheduled. If you do the math, that doesn't leave many dates.
If you MUST do it in September, you may want to explore other surgeons. I would set October or November as a more realistic goal if I were you. And calling them everyday DOES NOT speed anything up. Believe me, I tried!
I am so glad I decided to move to another surgeon. In the last few weeks my eyes have been opened to a lot.
I wish we hadn't lost touch the past few months, or I could have updated you on everything going on. There is a definite advantage of having someone else fom your surgeon's office to share with.
