Recipies?

I need to eat more fish. The only fish I like is tuna fish (in a can,as in tuna salad) and Captains D's ( which is a big no,no now). I can't handle a "fishy" taste! I am looking for recipes for salmon, tuna steaks or any kind of fish. Just not a "fishy" taste!  I love to cook, grill, so anyway to prepare it is fine with me! So many recipes look great and tasty but are too fishy for me!
Thank you!

I did some yesterday - marinated it in white zinifindel and a LITTLE lemon juice added some nsa apple jelly to it when it was to lemony but it did not tastes fishy - dump the whole bag into a med hot skillet cook till flaky - any kind of white fish works for this

I made some the other day dipped in eggs and then fine shreeded parmason (sp?) cheese, italian seasoning and garlic - pan fry lightly in pam - I think this was salmon but tilapia would work too

you can also try what my family calls fish for dummys - gordens in the yellow box

tuna can be cut in fijita strips and tossed in after your peppers and onions are done - it cooks fast - you must use fresh the frozen is to wet :(

basically you can pan fry it in a little olive oil or pam with whatever seasoning taste good to you -what did you like at Capt D's ? is it all fryed?

I like mild fish - fresh tuna, salmon and tiliapia are what we eat - I avoid catfish like the plauge - don't like a fish taste either

also try some ready to eat shrimp - great protien - they come individully frozen thaw howmany ever you need - almost no fat and zero carbs - yummmo

peace
