Does anyone knows?

Hello, all of my clearances are in. Now the doctor has to review it to see if I am a candidate for surgery. How long does this take?

3-5 days usually.  You can read my blog, start in June 08 and you'll see everything I had to go through to get approved and scheduled through Peachtree Bariatrics.  I do advise you to stay on top of them. Wait a couple of days and start calling and finding out the status of your packet.  Once the surgeon says it's ok, find out when they'll submit it for insurance, then bug your insurance company until they give you an answer.

I SENT MY CLEARANCES IN ON MAY 20 DR TITUS DUNCANS OFFICE SENT IT TO MY INSURANCE COMPANY ON MAY 27 AND I JUST FOUND OUT THAT I WAS APPROVED ON JUNE 5 TODAY!!!!! SO IT SHOULDN'T BE LONG NOW YOUR ALMOST THERE. JUST CONTACT THE DOCTORS OFFICE TO FOLLOW UP WITH YOUR PACKET AND STAY ON YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY CALL THEM TO FIND OUT IF THEY HAVE AN AUTHORIZATION ON FILE FOR YOU SURGERY. GOOD LUCK ON YOUR JOURNEY TO A HAPPIER YOU!!!!
