It is so important to go to a support group.  We have support group tomorrow night from 5:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. if you would like to join us. 

It is so easy to put pounds on....and a few pounds every year really adds up.  You are just going to have to make yourself get back on track.  If you start now every day will be a little easier.  This is not a diet...it is a lifestyle change....you are going to have to create healthy eating and exercise habits and stick to them....YOU CAN DO THIS!!!!!

I agree with Ginger, support meetings can be a great help.  Coming to OH for help is a fabulous start!
