Frustration
All the paperwork did not go through. I called to check to see if maybe they had finished the review today and found that the problem evidently is Dr. Macik's fax machine. They kept faxing, but it never went through,and went it finally did go through, it went minus my nutritional evaluation and my first PCP visit. So, denied this round, Tiffany is sending it again...maybe tomorrow.
Damn girl. This is crazy! Can you get it and fax it yourself???
