Tired of getting the run around

Once you guys get through this and have your surgery you will never think about this frustration again.  I promise.  You will put it all behind you.  Have patience and more patience and follow up follow up follow up on EVERYTHING.  Don't loose your cool with the staff - just nicely annoy the hell out of them

Everyday on my way to and from work I drive by this church recently they changed their marquee it read;
                   "Patience is Trusting God's Timing"
What a way for God to tell me to be patience.
