Please take the time to get actively involved in support sessions if you're not already. I went to support meetings 3x/month for seven months before my surgery and got involved in the Georgia OH Meet N Greets and it has been amazing! I've met some fabulous friends here/there who I was able to talk to in my first weeks out when things were strange and they were incredibly helpful with some small things as well as a few big questions. Two women also warned me right after surgery to not panic about the dreaded week 3 stall. Then it happened to me and I wasn't so worried. I think I'm probably a slow loser, and I really think the support I've gotten has kept me more focused and happier with my decision.
Best of luck to you! Will you be at the Meet N Greet on Saturday? Sounds like it'll be a lot of fun!
