I take the chewable centrum(but am not crazy about the orange flavor), chewable iron from Bariatric Advantage in the Passion Fruit flavor (love it. I save it for last as a treat, lol), B-12 sub-lingual from Publix, and Bariatric Advantage Calcium lozenge in cinnamon. GNC also makes a liquid B-12 that I've tried. It's ok. I also keep Papaya Enzyme handy in just in case I ever get the stuck feeling. It really helps.

Dr. Hobson did my surgery November 2005 and I will tell you get on track on your vitamins ASAP.  He will get on you BIG TIME when he sees your lab work and notices you are not taking your vitamins.  In 2006 and just a month ago I became very ill due to vitamin defficiency this is HUGE.  I learned my lesson.  I am 36yrs old as well.  I take the following:

2 chewable Flinestone Chewables daily or you can take Juice Plus (I hate it personally)
65mg Calcium Daily (I asked the pharmacist at Walgreens which one's were crushable)
B12 injection 2x a month
1500gm Calcium daily (3 Vicative Chocolate)
***you can not take your calcium w/ in 2hrs of taking iron not sure why but that is what I was told
Find the one's you like it is trial and error but you have to take them.

Seriously, I don't want to scare you but Vitamins are so IMPORTANT!!  I really thought I was going crazy 2 months ago was having memory issues, concentration, tingling in hands, it really was effecting my life it was all because of lack of B Vitamin.  I was admitted to the hospital both times.

Get on track now....I carry a weekly pill box in my purse and that really helps me remember to take them.  You have worked to hard to get here to have health issue due to vitamins...I know I had to learn the hard way.

Also if you have any questions call his office they are great and very helpful!!

Good Luck
Christine!

I Love Bariatic Advantage Vitamins.  My Doctor recommended these to me, and they are get for me.

I am a Lap-Banded, had my surgery Sept. 4th, 2008, and have lost 90 Pounds.

Whatever Vitamins you choose to take, this is your own Personal Decision, but I can't STRESS enough how important it is to Take your Vitamins, get your Protein, and Water in every Day.  This is SOOOOOO IMPORTANT.  And also, Exercise.

I take Slice of Life gummie vitamins.  They are for adults.  You can find them at The Vitamin Shoppe.  They taste like gummie bears.  They have multi and individual type vitamins.  I take the multi - 2 a day.  Taste like you are eating candy.
