4 year check up today
Today I went in for my 4 yr check up. Everything was fine with my labs. No problems in all this time. I have read repeatedly that a person who does the Flintstone vitamins will eventually have problems. Well folks over 4 yrs out and I have perfect labs. I guess that myth does not apply to everyone. I encourage you to listen to your doctor and to your nutritionist and do what they advise. Remember this is a tool that we have been given and we have to work it to get the full results. I intend on making the next 4 yrs as sucessful as the first were. Good luck to all you newbies. May your journey be as smooth as mine has been.
