OH Event in Atlanta

This looks like a fun event!  I'm definitely going to try to make it if I can.

May I make a suggestion?  I assume there will be vendors.  The last event like this one that I went to -- not an OH event, I don't think -- had big signs up with the times the vendors would be there.  It was a little hectic with the scheduling and a few rooms being changed, so I planned to go to the vendors during the final speaker session.  Unfortunately most of the vendors had packed up by the time I got there....an hour and a half before the posted closing time...and only a few were left when I went.  Since I was pre-op, I was really looking forward to getting their info, but it didn't happen.  Very frustrating.

If the vendors plan to pack up before the end of the seminar, that's okay....but will you please make sure the times are posted so we can make sure to go earlier, even if we have to leave a session early or skip lunch?

Thanks so much for all the fabulous work you do!  Looks like a fun and educational event!
