Ready for plastics - need your input...

I just got the go-ahead from my RNY surgeon that I can proceed on to plastic surgery now!!!  Woo Hoo!!!!  I'm planning for breast lift, augmentation & abdominoplasty.

So I'd like to know who your plastic surgeon was, if you'd recommend them & if you were able to get any part paid for by insurance, & if you did, how'd you get them to pay for it???  (Did you make a rash or what?)

PM ga-ginger-10.   I met her last night. She showed us pics of her before and afters. AMAZING!!!


She also pulled up her shirt and skirt (modestly) and showed us ladies her scars.  You can hardly tell in some places and she had MAJOR reconstructive surgery!   Her pictures don't do her justice.  She has a beautiful body.

Ginger... Did your plastic surgeon repair your hernia?  I have a couple of hernias that need repaired but insurance will not pay for 2 surgeons.  (I need to have my general surgeon and my plastic surgeon currently)  I would like to have the lower abdominal skin removed when my hernias are fixed, but at the moment insurance is being a pain, so I am looking for a ps that can fix my hernias AND remove the skin.

Yes, she repaired my hernia and did my tummy tuck at the same time.  She is just wonderful!  Very easy to talk to, great bedside manner.

I haven't had my WLS done, but I did have a boobie reduction - just don't go to Dr. Zubiwicz in Atl/Buckhead.  Blah...  For a BR, he lipoed my sides some... well, he went too far down on one side than the other - so I look ill shaped.  My breast wasn't what I wanted, I had discoloration issues, they were still growing (though I lost weight), and he could've cared less!  It took Terri the office manager to intervene.  He was gonna lipo my breast, but told me to wait.  Well, in 4-5 months, they went from a FF to a B then to a DD.  Too late to just lipo - he knew what he was doing!!!

found bad reviews of him a few years after, so I wasn't crazy a'tall!
