SABOTAGE-BUSTING ART????
Wayne Dyer cleverly turned a truism on its head when he declared:
"I'LL SEE IT WHEN I BELIEVE IT!"
We sabotage our weightloss efforts because we cannot BELIEVE we can live happily ever after in a strong, healthy, normal-sized body.
Well, my experience with art therapy has shown me that there IS an
art to overcoming lifelong patterns of self-sabotage.
Although I've been leading art workshops for spiritual development since 2001, this upcoming art workshop in Atlanta,
Sun. June 14th, 2-4:30PM, will be my first to address
the need to create a believable future-self through art.
