So...I just so happened to be looking on my insurance company's website to check the status of my approval to see the surgeon when I saw the word "Authorized!!!" Well, maybe not with all of the exclamation points, but it's approved. I just checked it earlier today and it said pending. If I had the approval earlier today, I would have told my manager that i need to handle some "very important business" ie: making my consultation appointment. I'm just so glad to be through these behavioral health/nutrition appointments that Kaiser Permanente made me go through (been going to appointments since January). I'll keep everyone posted.
