Does anyone live in the ******* & Alpharetta area? Or know of a support group.  

Not sure if this is close to you, but there is a support group at North Fulton Regional Medical Center.  Here's a link with a bit more info (I've never been):

North Fulton Regional Hospital has support group the first Tuesday of Each month from 5:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.  Our next meeting is May 5th.  We will be doing a clothing exchange.  We would love for you to come.
