Cigna SHBP - APPROVED

My doctor's office called Cigna yesterday and was told that I was approved, but I couldn't believe until I called Cigna this morning and heard it for myself. The customer service rep confirmed that I have been APPROVED. So hang in there all SHBP employees...it can happen! I still can't believe it!!!

I can't even begin to tell you how happy I am for you! You will go through many emotions over the next few weeks, happiness, disbelief, denial, fear and I want you to know that I will be there through them all! omg, you guys really are sisters! How cool. I often wonder what I'll look like skinny and wonder if I'l look like my sisters who are thin. How nice to have someone so close who can relate to everythng you're going through.
